From three-drone fireworks displays to live stadium feeds — professional aerial coverage with full police coordination, NOTAMs filed and a safety-first approach built into every deployment.
From intimate celebrations to large-scale public events, we have the equipment, experience and authorisations to cover it all.
We deploy three drones simultaneously for fireworks events — capturing wide establishing shots, mid-range burst photography and close-up detail with full live stereo sound. The result is footage that ground-level cameras simply cannot replicate.
Every fireworks deployment includes a pre-event site visit, NOTAM filing via DroneAssist, and advance notification to your local police force. Residents are informed ahead of time — reducing calls and ensuring a smooth operation for everyone.
For sports events, Skyline deploys the DJI Matrice — a professional-grade platform capable of feeding a live aerial signal directly into your event's own control system. Whether you need HDMI or wireless output, we integrate seamlessly with your existing production setup.
Coordinated alongside two police forces for a Premier League match, this capability has been tested at the highest level. From local club days to major fixtures, the aerial perspective adds a broadcast dimension that sets your event apart.
All footage captured by Skyline Drone Services in full coordination with event organisers and local authorities. No stock footage — ever.
Every Skyline event deployment follows a strict pre-flight process. Here's exactly what that looks like.
"The entire business is built on safety first. We go to lengths that most operators simply don't — because when you're flying above the public, there is no other acceptable standard."

A clear, organised process so event organisers know exactly what to expect at every stage.
Yes — completely. We file a NOTAM via DroneAssist for every event and contact your local police force in advance as standard. We also carry CAA Operational Authorisation and full flight documentation on site. You don't need to manage any of that.
A NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) is an official notification filed with the CAA to make other airspace users aware of drone operations in a specific area. It's visible to pilots, air traffic control and emergency services. Filing one is a mark of a professional operator — it protects you, us and everyone in the vicinity.
For larger events we recommend at least 4–6 weeks in advance to allow time for the pre-flight site visit, NOTAM filing and police notification. For smaller private events, a fortnight is usually sufficient. Summer dates and bonfire night fireworks fill very quickly — get in touch early to secure your date.
We monitor conditions closely in the days leading up to your event. Drones cannot fly safely in high winds or heavy rain, so if conditions are unsuitable we will contact you as early as possible to discuss options. For events with fixed dates (bonfire night, public shows), we plan weather contingency into the brief at the outset.
Yes — using the DJI Matrice, we can feed a live aerial signal directly into your event's control system via HDMI or wireless output. This is particularly popular for sports fixtures, speedway events and large outdoor shows. Please mention this requirement when enquiring so we can confirm equipment and logistics.
We're based in Northamptonshire and cover the Midlands and surrounding counties within Zone 1 pricing. Events outside this area are welcome — a travel supplement is added transparently to your quote based on actual distance. We never absorb travel costs into a vague "from" price.
